Description

Medical records are a critical component in the litigation of medical malpractice, personal injury, and workers’ compensation matters. In this CLE course, Attorney Jani and Dr. Stein will address key issues related to the acquisition, review, and interpretation of medical records, including the use of artificial intelligence in modern medical record analysis.

The program will also examine the procurement and analysis of audit trails (i.e., the metadata associated with electronic medical records) and identify sources of relevant electronically stored information (ESI) that may exist outside of the EMR system.
