Description

Navigating the voluminous nature of workers compensation can be a challenge to ensure each and every claimant receives the representation they need. Engaging in ethical representation is both the correct thing to do as well as the best thing to do.

This CLE discussion will address the most common areas surrounding this and your best ways of remaining ethical and passionate in your representation. As Associate Justice Potter Stewart, of the United States Supreme Court, said “Ethics is knowing the difference between what you have a right to do and what is right to do.”
