Lecturer BioDavid Nissenberg, Esq.David Nissenberg is a San Diego attorney who is the author of The Law of Commercial Trucking: Damages to Persons and Property published by LexisNexis. Now in its third edition and with a fourth scheduled to be published later this year it is widely used throughout the country by both plaintiff and defense attorneys engaged in personal injury and wrongful death litigation involving commercial motor vehicles. Mr. Nissenberg created this CLE seminar, "Truck Accident Litigation in a Nutshell", originally as a 3 and then a 4 hour seminar and over a 10 year period presented it to attorneys in 145 different cities in the U.S. Mr. Nissenberg has an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale Hubble and is board certified in truck accident law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a former assistant state attorney in Dade County (Miami) Florida, is a graduate of Brown University and the University of Miami School of Law and is a member of the California and Florida bars.
