Description

The rapid development of AI has raised complex questions for copyright law, including issues of authorship, infringement in training data, and the scope of fair use. While courts and the U.S. Copyright Office have begun to offer guidance, many questions remain unresolved.

This CLE course explores whether AI-generated works can be copyrighted, the liability of developers using protected material to train models, and how existing IP laws are adapting to technological change—issues with major implications for creatives, tech companies, and legal professionals.
