A trademark practitioner provides an overview of how to manage a trademark practice, from onboarding and managing clients, evaluating proposed marks and conflict analysis, and through the application process.

This introductory CLE course will explain the role and process of trademark practitioners. The course will explain how practitioners manage a trademark practice and include a thorough overview of the process from onboarding and managing clients, evaluating proposed marks and conflict analysis.

The course will explain the application process and offer tips and strategies for maneuvering through the process for a successful outcome.
