Warren J. Roth, Esq.

Warren has been in practice for 30 years. He is a fourth-generation lawyer in his family. His family has proudly served as attorneys in New York State for more than 112 years continuously.

His practice is primarily focused on protecting those people who protect us all. These people are primarily municipal workers such as police officers, firefighters, corrections officers, DPW workers, school teachers, and CSEA members.

Warren reads every review posted and tries to be responsive to all of his clients. He works very hard on each case and is typically in his office six days a week. He provides clients with his email address and cell phone number for emergencies upon request. His firm has state-of-the-art technology and can access client files remotely to always stay on top of legal matters.

He regularly deals with issues concerning disability retirement pensions, social security disability, workers’ compensation issues, as well as personal injury litigation. Warren typically works six days a week and answers the calls and emails of his clients seven days a week as the need arises.

Warren is here to serve the needs of the sick and injured and is typically available seven days a week.
