Description

Do you want to grow your practice without crossing ethical lines in attorney advertising and solicitation? This CLE program focuses on the ethical and regulatory framework governing law firm marketing, helping attorneys understand how to promote their services while complying with applicable advertising rules. The course examines common ethical pitfalls in both traditional and digital marketing and offers practical guidance for building a compliant, strategic marketing plan.

Topics include ethically sound content creation, professional use of LinkedIn and other social media platforms, website and SEO practices consistent with advertising rules, and compliant client communications through newsletters and email campaigns. The program also addresses the ethical considerations involved in using artificial intelligence to generate marketing content, including supervision, accuracy, and responsibility for AI-assisted materials used in a law practice marketing.
