What sort of evidence is needed to get past each step? Can you lose your case at any of the five steps? “Social Security Disability Sequential Evaluation Process” shines light on this often-opaque process to which the nearly 2 million disability applicants each year are subjected. If you’re new to SSA Disability, this course will provide you with a strong introduction and help you start practicing in the area. If you’ve done this SSA disability stuff before, this course with help to deepen your understanding and provide you tips and tricks to help navigate some of the thornier issues of SSA Disability practice. Lecturer BioFreddrick Anthony EffingerFreddrick Effinger is an attorney who focuses on SSA Disability with nearly 13 years of experience, including nine years working as an attorney advisor with SSA. He has provided multiple CLEs in the past, including with the Birmingham Bar Association and Legal Services of Alabama. Further, this fall, he is teaching SSA Disability as an adjunct professor at my alma matter, the University of Alabama School of Law.
