DescriptionThis CLE course is intended to instruct newer attorneys on the proper preparation of a witness called to testify as a client representative pursuant to F.R.C.P. 30(B)(6). Attendees will be instructed on the proper purpose of a deposition, preparation of witness testimony, and document review in preparation for a deposition. Participants will also be instructed on biochemical stress reactions to warn deponents of prior to depositions. Lecturer BioGrant C. Wright, Esq.Grant C. Wright is a senior litigator with the General Litigation group at Con Edison. He is based out of the company’s Manhattan office. Mr. Wright earned an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. Prior to that, he earned his J.D. from Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Deane School of Law. He earned his B.S. in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.
