Lecturer Bio

Benjamin O. Bengtson, Esq.

Mr. Bengtson is a plaintiff’s trial lawyer in Atlanta, Georgia. He served in the United States Army as an Arabic linguist in an intelligence division. After earning his undergraduate degree in political science from Augusta State University, he represented Social Security Disability claimants before federal administrative law judges.

Since graduating from Georgia State University Law School nearly 20 years ago, he has represented insurance companies, employers, small business owners, disability claimants and workers’ compensation claimants. But mostly he has represented plaintiffs in personal injury claims.
